How to redeem your voucher
At the end of your order you enter the voucher code. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order, and vouchers cannot be combined. Please remember to redeem the voucher before completing your order: a subsequent credit is not possible.
Promotional voucher or purchased voucher?
You receive a promotional voucher "as a gift" from us or one of our partners. It is tied to conditions such as a minimum purchase value and an expiry date, which are stated on the voucher. A purchased voucher was bought in our online shop and corresponds to its respective purchase value. Purchased vouchers are generally valid for 3 years from the year of issue.
Good to know
- Vouchers are excluded from return and payout; a cash payout or crediting of a remaining balance is not possible.
- Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers.
